Founded
Long Island City, Queens, NY
Built on one idea: protection has to be present.
North Shore Security And Investigation was founded in 2018 in Long Island City with a conviction that still shapes every post we staff: security only works when it is there — every hour, not just the convenient ones.
We started by placing uniformed officers in commercial buildings and grew the way our clients needed us to — adding marked mobile patrols for multi-site owners, event teams for venues and organizers, after-hours coverage for construction sites, and professional investigations for businesses that need answers handled quietly.
Today our officers, supervisors and dispatch desk work around the clock, with one operating rhythm behind all of it: brief the post, check the post, report on the post.

These are the standards we train to, supervise against and report on — whether the post is a lobby desk, a job site or a sold-out venue.

Visible, uniformed and engaged. Deterrence starts with being seen — and with being approachable to the people you protect.

As attentive at 3 a.m. as at noon. Shift structure, scheduled check-ins and rotation keep officers sharp through the long hours.

Accountability
Logged rounds, written reports and a supervisor you can reach. You always know what was done on your property, and when.
